The one difference that decides it
Landlord GO is played from wherever you are. The map is real, the buildings are real, and you trade them from the sofa. That is a deliberate and reasonable design — it means the game is always available, and it never punishes you for living somewhere quiet.
BloodRivals requires you to be there. Claiming an address means standing at it, and so does seizing one nobody is defending. You cannot walk into a street from home — and neither can the player who wants yours, unless they send fighters.
Everything else about the two games — the map, the property fantasy, the upgrading — is closer than either is to a catching game. This is the question that actually sorts it:do you want having to go outside to be part of it? If the answer is no, Landlord GO is the better product for you and you should keep playing it.

- Yes — Landlord GO is the earlier name. The publisher, Reality Games, has been moving it to "Get Rent: Trade Real Estate". If you are searching for Landlord GO and finding Get Rent, that is why.
- Do you have to travel to play BloodRivals?
- To claim, yes — you have to stand at the address, and so does seizing one nobody is defending. Taking a garrisoned house is a fighter attack you can launch from anywhere. This is the main difference from Landlord GO, which you can play from anywhere.
- Does BloodRivals use real property prices?
- No. Addresses are real and come from mapped buildings, but their in-game value is set by the game's own economy, not by property listings or market data.
- Can you lose property in BloodRivals?
- Yes. Any address you hold can be taken — walked up to if you left it undefended, or attacked with fighters if you garrisoned it. Nothing you own is permanent, which is the core of the design.
- Are there loot boxes or ads?
- Neither. There are no loot boxes, no gacha, and no advertising of any kind.
